We ship to all countries that DHL or EMS ships to.

We can't tell you how much your shipping cost is going to be before the items arrive at our warehouse. Since we re-package your items from different vendors to a smaller box to save as much of the shipping price for you we can only quote the exact amount after we receive it.

DHL and EMS price their services by volumetric weight of your package which is calculated by:

Length × Width × Height ÷ 6000 then apply to your country's zone.

It depends on your country and which shipping service you want to use. Both EMS and DHL are shipped via air and take the shortest time. But generally, it will take anywhere from 2-4 days.

No, all import duties are paid by the customer to your respective customs office in your country. We deal with every process in Korea but once the package is shipped out of our warehouse it is out of our hands.

Yes! We will re-package all your items that come from different vendors into one box to save your shipping price.

DHL and EMS will send you a tracking code through your email. If you do not receive one please contact our team and we will try to help the best we can.

In most instances when your country’s customs office holds your package, it might be a delay in their process and typically sends it within a week. However, it is always a good option to call your customs office.

If your package has not yet left Korea, we can return your items depending on the return policy of the vendor. If the package has been shipped out of Korea there isn’t much we can do.

Please note that there is a surcharge of $5 USD to return your items as well as the transaction cost of Paypal.
